My Favorite Place

We got home tonight from Louisiana. We had a fantastic time. I'll will write some in depth posts of our activities (and FOOD!), but it's late and I need sleep. So I'm just going to post some pictures I took in New Orleans. I hope they show a little bit of why that city is my favorite place to visit!

Be My Valentine...

First off, Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Today was CRA-ZAY! I worked this morning, then went in EVERY store in town, running errands before our trip to NOLA! Then I took cupcakes to Em's school for her Valentine's party!

DIY Valentine's Crafts

I've been scouring Pinterest, looking for easy to make Valentines. I found the cutest printable Valentines.

But the sticker aisle at Hobby Lobby won out! Instead, Emma and I made Valentines for her class that were super easy! I think they are cute, age appropriate, and each one is unique!

We used cards leftover from the baby shower (also from Hobby Lobby), foam stickers (Em picked out the monkeys, aren't they cute!), a hole punch, and lollipops. I just wrote all Em's classmates names on the back. 

Em is so proud of them and is excited to take them to her friends at school!
