Water Fun with Friends

Our friends Misty, Haydon, & Payton, hosted a play date for the kids to play in the water for the first time this year!

This is a make-up post. My friend, Tiffany from The Harris Life, has been patiently waiting for this post so she can steal these pictures. So here you go, Tiff! Sorry about the thousand pictures, I could NOT narrow it down to just a few!

Clinton was determined for Em to catch a fish today! And she did!!

She caught the biggest fish of the day!

She kept saying "Here fishy, fishy. Swim to Papaw." We were totally cracking up! But it worked, Papaw out-fished us all, caught the most. BUT Em caught the second most. She caught about 6, reeled in 2 by herself! She was really excited!

Em's First T-Ball Game!!

After only one practice (yikes!), the Dragons took to the field to take one the Blue Jays!

Since this is a learning league, the bases have squeakers in them. Yes, squeakers!! Every time a kid got on base, they jumped up and down, up and down, squeak, squeak, squeak... ARGH!

Of course, Emma was all over that!

Then it was game time! 

Em played "out" field!

It was so funny! Every time the ball went past Em, she would stop at the edge of the dirt. She did not want to run into the grass for the ball! But if someone else got it, she'd cry "I was going to get that ball!" and bury her head in her daddy's leg!

Then the Dragon's were up to bat!

Emma's turn! She was not interested in trying the coach pitch!
